C4ISR Center for Excellence

Covering approximately 1,500,000-SF, the C4ISR campus will house nine buildings, including administrative and headquarters facilities, laboratories, storage, and hi-tech training facilities. As one of the biggest projects awarded under the BRAC program, this highly technical command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance center has a construction schedule of nearly 3-years. This design-build project is a joint venture between Tompkins Builders, Turner Construction, Grunley Construction, and Kinsley Construction.
